Merchant-Pay.com is the only third-party transaction processing company that offers complete merchant deployment and 1st tier support for your end users in a completely transparent, and branded gateway solution.

To extend the reach of our services and users exponentially, we market our solution exclusively through strategic relationships with ISOs, MSPs, and a few select, high volume ISPs and Web Hosting companies. We only offer our product in a branded environment, which means the solution you provide your clients is built to be your solution. We are certain the key to our success is by adding value, through the product, to your company's name rather than our's.

Our parent corporation, Texas Internet Services, has been in existence since 1994. Merchant-Pay.com is the evolution of years of e-commerce web application development for small to medium sized companies. The primary product of our parent corporation is a shopping cart application that has been developed and improved over the last 4 years. Our shopping cart application has been downloaded on the Internet by over 250,000 users. Now our proprietary transaction processing software has been completely integrated with our very popular shopping cart application to create Merchant-Pay.com.

Merchant-Pay.com is a closely held, private corporation profitable since Q1, 1998. We are debt free, and have no intention to be traded in the public market.
